Lauren has over 11 years of organizational and strategic communications experience, collaborating with small businesses, nonprofits and multinational organizations in exciting and diverse industries, such as consumer goods, music, sports, financial services, technology, manufacturing and agriculture. After nearly six years as an in-house resource, Lauren started Word, Ink. in 2017 with the desire to bring her knowledge and skill set to a wide variety of clients in varying markets, leading them in her own unique way.

Graphic Design and Brand Strategist
In 2021, Conner Wege left his corporate job to bring his expertise in graphic design and brand strategy to Word, Ink. Having built a career managing large-scale marketing programs for major national players in the sportswear and food and beverage industries, Conner has a fresh perspective on marketing strategies that garner results. This, paired with a keen eye for design and unshakable personality, makes Conner a wonderful addition to Word, Ink.
